At BICBI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below to ensure a smooth and easy process.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. If you are not happy with your product, you can return it for a full refund, exchange, or store credit, provided the following conditions are met:

-Condition of the Item:
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

-Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact us at service@bicbi.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return. Our customer service team will guide you through the next steps.

-Return Shipping:
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure the item is returned safely.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note the following:

-Refund Timeline:
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date we receive and inspect your returned item.

-Restocking Fee:
We do not charge a restocking fee for returns. However, shipping fees (including return shipping costs) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

-Partial Refunds:
If the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts, a partial refund may be issued depending on the condition of the returned item.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at service@bicbi.com. The process is the same as a return, and we’ll assist you in getting the right product. Please note that you may need to place a new order for the exchange item and return the original one for a refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at service@bicbi.com with pictures of the item and packaging. We will provide a replacement or full refund based on the situation, and we’ll cover the return shipping costs.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not been shipped, we will process the cancellation and issue a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return process once the item arrives.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on the following items:

-Opened or used products.

-Gift cards.

-Personalized items (if applicable).
