📦 Shipping & Delivery

Q: How much is shipping?

A: We like to keep things simple. If your order is over $109, shipping is completely free! For orders under $109, we charge a flat shipping rate of $6.99.

Q: When will my order arrive?

A: Once you place an order, it takes us about [2-4 business days] to pack and ship it out. After that, delivery usually takes [12-16 business days] depending on where you live. We’ll send you a tracking number as soon as it leaves our warehouse so you can follow its journey.

💡 Product & Installation

Q: Do your lights come with bulbs included?

A: Most of them do! We want you to enjoy your new light right out of the box, so the majority of our fixtures come with a bulb included. However, a few specific designs might not. To be absolutely sure, please double-check the details on the specific product's page.

Q: Are these hardwired or plug-in? Can I install them myself?

A: Our ceiling and pendant lights are designed to be hardwired into your ceiling. While we include all the necessary mounting hardware and straightforward instructions, we highly recommend hiring a licensed electrician for a safe and quick installation.

Q: Are your lights dimmable?

A: Most of our fixtures are fully dimmable! You just need a compatible dimmer switch on your wall and a dimmable bulb to set the perfect mood.

↩️ Returns & Warranty

Q: What if it doesn’t look right in my space? Can I return it?

A: Absolutely. We want you to love what hangs above you. If you’re not 100% happy with your bicbi light, you can return it within [30 days] of receiving it. Just make sure it’s uninstalled, in its original condition, and safely packed in its original box.

Q: What if my light arrives damaged?

A: We pack our lights very carefully, but rough transit happens. If your light arrives broken or with missing parts, email us with a photo within [48 hours] of delivery, and we’ll send you a replacement part or a new fixture right away. No stress.
