1. What are BICBI phone cases made from?

Our phone cases are made from TPU and PC. We use eco-friendly, durable materials to create high-quality phone cases that not only protect your phone but also help protect the planet.

2. How can I place an order?

Placing an order is easy! Simply browse through our product collection, select the phone case you like, choose your phone model, and click Add to Cart. Then proceed to checkout, where you can securely enter your shipping and payment information.

3. Is shipping free?

Yes! We offer free global shipping on all orders over $59.99 USD. For orders below $59.99, a shipping fee of $3.99 USD will be applied. Learn more about our shipping policy.

4. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

-USA: 7-10 business days

-Canada: 10-13 business days

-United Kingdom: 6-9 business days

-Europe: 6-8 business days

5. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment through the carrier’s website.

6. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for most products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure that the product is unused and in its original packaging. For more details, visit our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Do you offer gift cards?

Currently, we do not offer gift cards, but we are working on launching this feature soon. Stay tuned for updates!

8. What happens if my product is defective?

If you receive a defective product, we offer a 1-year warranty. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the defective item, and we will arrange for a replacement or full refund. Learn more about our warranty policy.

9. Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will be happy to make changes or cancel it. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes.

10. Do you ship internationally?
