What Is Covered by the Warranty?

Our 1-Year Warranty covers any manufacturing defects or issues that arise under normal use of the product. If you encounter any problems with your BICBI phone case during the warranty period, we will offer you a free replacement or repair.

What’s Not Covered by the Warranty?

The warranty does not cover the following:

-Damage due to misuse or improper handling, such as dropping the case, exposing it to extreme temperatures, or any other form of physical damage.

-Wear and tear from normal use, including scratches, dents, or fading of color.

-Damage from third-party accessories or products that may have been used with the case.

-Accidental damage or any damage caused by neglect.

How to File a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product is defective and falls within the warranty coverage, please follow these steps to file a claim:

1.Contact Us:
Reach out to us at service@bicbi.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product showing the defect.

2.Submit Proof of Purchase:
We will require proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) to process your warranty claim.

3.Inspection and Approval:
Once we receive your information, our customer support team will review your claim. If the issue is covered under the warranty, we will either send you a replacement or issue a refund.

Warranty Process

-Replacement or Repair:
If your warranty claim is approved, we will send you a replacement product free of charge. In some cases, we may repair the defective product, depending on the nature of the issue.

-Return Shipping:
For warranty claims, we will cover the return shipping costs for defective products. You will be provided with a prepaid shipping label to return the item to us.

Warranty Period

The warranty period begins from the date of your purchase, not from the date the product is shipped or received. The warranty is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
